Refund and Returns Policy, Angel Packers and Movers.

We will strive to provide quality and professional packers and movers services at Angel Packers and Movers. We know that relocation is a matter of trust, time and money and we will always want to give the experience of a smooth sail to all the customers. Nonetheless, because of the aspect of packing and moving services, the traditional returns cannot be done as in product based business. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances, in which our services of home shifting, car transportation, bike shifting, and office relocation can be refunded, cancelled or service renegotiated.

Nature of Services

Considering that we offer service-driven products like household moving, vehicle moving, and industrial moving, it is not possible to take back the service once done. Nevertheless, we do make sure that we will do justice to any service quality, delays, or cancellation concerns. In providing our relocation services, we believe in transparency and our customers are satisfied.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking request should be carried out by the customer in a reasonable time before the actual service and should be made. Refund eligibility is based on the stage in which cancellation request is done.

Refund Conditions

1. In case of cancellation, full or even partial refund can be offered in case it is made far in advance.
2. In some instances, advance payments can be part non-refundable.
3. Once the moving and packing services commence, no refund will be made.
4. Cancellation charges may be charged on last-minute cancellations.

We suggest that you inform us at the earliest time possible to avoid deductions that are not necessary.

Delay of the Service or Rescheduling

At Angel Packers and Movers, we endeavor to maintain the agreed schedule in shifting homes and relocation of offices. Nevertheless, the journey can be delayed because of traffic, weather, or any other circumstances that cannot be avoided. Refund is not usually applicable in such cases, but we make sure that we communicate well and provide a supporting system that would reduce inconvenience significantly.

Key Points:

1. External situation which leads to delays is not refundable.
2. Cases of a change in schedules will be communicated to the customers.
3. The re-scheduling requests are available on basis.

Damage or Loss Policy

When packing and moving our stuff, we pay utmost attention to them. We have a trained personnel that will pack our products in the correct materials and methods to minimize chances of being damaged. In uncommon instances, where damage or loss has happened, however, there are customers who may have to notify us as soon as possible so that we can look into the situation.

Important Guidelines

1. The claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Appropriate evidence (videos/photos) is required.
3. In case of any compensation, the terms of service and agreement will be used.
4. Coverage (with or without insurance) will depend on policy terms.

We highly suggest that insurance should be taken during relocation services as a form of protection.
